Warranty

The Electric / Gas hydraulic power units come with a 6 month limited warranty on parts and labor. If power unit was damaged, misused or altered in any way it will not be accepted as a return or serviced under warranty. The original receipt and warranty # must be present when obtaining any warranty service. The customer has 6 months from the day it was received by you the purchaser to receive parts and labor under warranty. Twin Hydraulics has the right to deny any warranty claims under question. The 6 month warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the Twin Hydraulics power unit and is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Warranty only applies to the lower 48 states of the USA. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways for warrantynservices. Gas engines and electric motors will be under warranty by the manufacture and services/warranty will be provided by authorized warranty service centers. You the purchaser will be responsible to obtain warranty services for the gasoline engine or electric motor. Once you order a custom hydraulic power unit you are responsible for full payment and can not change / alter or cancel your order once it is placed with us. By purchasing from us you agree to these terms.

If you are not fully satisfied with our product,workmanship,or performance; you can return the product within 30 days from the day it was shipped. If the hose assembly was damaged, misused or mis-installed it will not be accepted as a return or serviced under warranty. Customer is responsible for shipping.

Honor pumps/motors, Youli & Power Valves are under warranty by the manufacturer for 12 months from date of shipment.

Twin Hydraulics, LLC shall not be liable or responsible for incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, any product sold by Twin Hydraulics, LLC.  This includes, without limitation, loss or damage of other property or equipment, loss of revenues or profits, or claims of customers or customer for any such loss or damage. You have the responsibility for determining the suitability of items herein for your particular use. Twin Hydraulics, LLC is not responsible for any loss of time or work caused by our product in anyway. Twin Hydraulics, LLC is not responsible for any damaged product during shipment caused by the freight provider. You the purchaser are responsible for checking the freight upon delivery, if damage occurred during shipment to the product and you the customer note it with the shipping company upon delivery or refuse delivery; we (Twin Hydraulics, LLC) will work with the freight company to cover some or all of the damages.

Custom power units gas or electric are not returnable, reference your invoice, if it show "custom" before the item # it is not able to be returned to Twin Hydraulics, LLC.  If your unit is a stock unit and does NOT show "custom" in front of the item number on the invoice it may be returned.  Customer is charged returned shipping charges along with a 10% restocking Fee. Returned shipping charges & 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total to your credit card. Power Unit must be in original packaging and in unused condition, Twin Hydraulics, LLC will verify this before refund is issued.
